To write my name on the world.

Now, what you hear is not a test - I’m rappin’ to the beat.

First hit rap song right here, via 1979.
My instructor said he was in the car with his friends when he heard it for the first time and they were like, What the heck is this? This is weird…
Just think about that for a second.
We’re so used to rappers on every other track nowadays.
Imagine not knowing what rapping is; being used to singing.
And then all of a sudden someone is speaking to music.
It’s like my intructor said, about the lyrics posted above: They had to reassure people that what they were hearing was real. They weren’t playing around, testing the microphone. They were going to rap.
Best. Class. Ever.
I’m off to watch Boy Meets World.
Have to get to THE episode.
Only on season one, so that’ll take a while.
But I’ll enjoy every episode until then.
I hope you all had a wonderful day!
Goodnight, everyone.
Sleep well and sweet dreams! :)
